Prior to the last 3 years, I enjoyed shopping with Vitacost and experienced good customer service. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Instead, I have received stale and/or products (recent supplement disintegrated 1 year prior to the expiration date), missing items ordered, ignored emails for assistance, duplicate emails stating I will hear from customer service but not doing so and terrible/rude customer service from some of the CSR's. Most recently, received written confirmation/approval for a refund that should have been in the same payment form within 72 business hours, since 3/12/22. Unfortunately, still have not received it. Emails I sent asking for an update on processing went ignored. I s/w Customer Service today and they stated mistake and no refund approved. I let them know that was incorrect and sent over emails confirming not only was the refund approved, stated it would be returned in 72 hours. Now they are giving me a runaround and trying to weasel out of applying for my refund as agreed. Also, just found out they are now owned by Kroger, so that explains a lot.
