My order E*******. I called and emailed but never received any respond. Did not receive my items. Pay Pal will not refund. I encourage people with the same experience file a report on www.econsumer.gov to stop scam websites operating in the US. Businesses who do not understand the delivery of ethical business practices should not be allowed to do business here.

My order no. Is **************. I bought a black & white blouse and paid via PayPal. No order confirmation, and after waiting for two weeks, I wrote to them, no respond. I called them, yes, I called them in China, but the telephone no. Doesn't work! This is definitely a scam website, stay out of it!

My order no. **************NHP was placed a 45 days ago and still have not arrived. I wrote to *******@vipme.com and *******@vipme.desk-mail.com more than 15 times and only one time they responded with a tracking no. I checked on DHL site, the tracking said the shipment was shipped back to the shipper! There should be an organization to block these unethical companies soliciting business in the US.

I placed my order on 4-4-16, Order No. 16, MIBN07F4, size M. I didn't receive order confirmation, I wrote to customer service, no respond so far. Today is already April 13. I am getting very concern.

Order NO. 3C*******. I filed a request for return and still haven't heard from them. Their reply: "Thanks for contacting us. Your Return/Exchange request is received. Our customer service representative will review your request and get back to you in 48 hours". This material of the clothe is inferior, not as attractive as shown online. I bought it on 2016-03-12 17:14:33 EST but it was delivered on 2016-4-1, it took 20 days, not 7-10 days as they promised for free standard shipping. For delays, they will always tell you it's stuck at the custom, or somehow shipping delayed out of their control. I would like to get this refunded, please.

Normally it would take 7-10 business days for standard shipping, but previously due to custom issue, some packages we sent out got help up at the custom and hence cause the delay, we are sorry for that.
