I rented an efficiency apt for my Son who was attending CCBC Dundalk. The apt wasn't bad, especially for a college student. 1st complaint. It took over a week for him to get an actual outter door key. So he'd have to leave a window unlocked just in case the upstairs neighbor closed the door completely. 2nd complaint. It took over 3 months to get a mailbox key. 3rd complaint. He's been moved out of the apt since the 21st of May 2022 and I still have not received my security deposit back. Today's date is November 16th 2022. I've called the office at least 15 times and I keep getting the same response. Let me get your number and I will call you back. Or. I will find out where your deposit was mailed to and will call you back. But either way I NEVER get called back. And lately when I call it just goes straight to voice mail so they probably see my number and just don't want to answer... So since I can't give a lower rating... 1 star is it... Why am I at 6months and counting and still haven't received my security deposit?
