Site advertises they match ppl skill. UNTRUE. I was matched with 225+ plyers over my pts. UNFAIR play
Tip for consumers:
I abort games where I see the other player is more than 100 pts above my level but that abort button has disappeared. I have just started to learn to play chess since November 2023 and being so overmatched prevents my learning, it becomes frustrating to play. This is like playing a fixed game . Nobody likes to play anything that is fixed. There is no way to contact them directly, they made sure of that.
