I purchased a Peragon truck bed cover for my truck via their website directly from them. Once I ordered I was told my bed cover would take almost 2 months to ship! I called and spoke to Jacob from sales and support and advised he was unable to ship it out sooner and suggested I cancel the order. Looks to me like customer acquisition is not important to them. I still wanted the cover so I got an email from Jason that he was able to ship it out a month from time of purchase which is still a long time but interesting how they were magically able to shave a month off, again he suggested if I didn't want to wait that long to cancel the order; I guess thats their favorite slogan " If you can't wait over 2 months, too bad just cancel" terrible customer service. I felt that as a customer I was being pushed out so that's what happened I ended up going with another brand and I cancelled my order so I ended up taking their advise. Then all you get is a email that my order was cancelled but no specifics on how and when I will get my money which they have held hostage for a few weeks now. Terrible company that doesn't care about customer satisfaction. There are hundreds of truck bed covers with same or better quality than Peragon, that actually cares about their customers. Ended up going with a TrailFX great cover and superior customer service.

While we regret that our lead time to ship orders has become extended, we are up front on our checkout page with what to expect for a ship date and we are 99.9% on time with what we promise.
