We did a transaction of a domain name with Escrowop. They told us the transaction was complete but the buyer was not given instructions by escrowui how to get the domain name transferred into his account. They have not been as helpful to the buyer as they should have been given we paid for concierge service. From a seller's point the transaction was fine and I was quickly given my funds. However, they need to be much more helpful so the buyer knows how to get their domain name fast into their account as many people do not understand how to do this.
