“They don't take modern payments”

They don't take modern payments like ACH. And, their live chat customer support is really rude, they closed on a chat on me when I was trying to understand how to use an alternative payment. Their chat support also can't open support tickets which makes it confusing. Very frustrating experience.

I've used them maybe 3 times over the last few months. I don't plan to again.
