I really wish I could give zero stars. I've had the same issues as everyone else. Ordered three pairs of shoes over two weeks ago and the tracking number they gave me says it's an incorrect tracking number every time I look it up. Their customer service simply says the post office is really busy and the tracking will be updated soon... like wtf it's been weeks. Thank goodness I paid through PayPal, I've already filed a dispute since I see they aren't trying to refund me money. Save yourself the headache and irritation.
