3 years ago, this site use to be terrible. From false item description, wrong item delivery, and very poor customer service. 2 Years after that I begin buying from them again, and their system has a big boost in improvement. I've gotten many items from them since then, and almost all items have been delivered on time, sometimes even earlier. Good Job Lazada. I give 4 stars, because Lazada still doesn't have as much item selections as other sites
They provide a tracking number, but no updates on it. They keep telling me to wait for it, waited 2 months with no update. Do not recommend at all, worse online store ever encountered. I'd give NO STARs if i could
