These people are the absolute worst. I don't know what's happened to them as they used to be the best. They've gone from first place to last place in my book. I had a package shipped to me that I need it today Friday and it was scheduled for Friday. I called Fedex four times trying to get them to leave it at the distribution center so I could pick it up because I didn't trust your delivery after having bad experiences with Fedex. My package is scheduled for delivery between 10 and 2 o'clock. I had signed up for notifications in regards to my package. After the package didn't come around 2 o'clock I noticed they had change the time to end of day now. They never notified me like they were supposed to just sit in the day now a few minutes before 5 o'clock. I get a notification. My package won't be delivered today. It's gonna be delivered tomorrow. I called Fedex immediately. I called five times and I got five different answers. The reality of it is they took my package off the truck this morning at 9 AM and never notified me so I wasted entire day waiting for a package that I needed and it was sitting at their office that I could've gone and gotten they lie to you they have. Outsource their call Center to a foreign country and they have no problems lying to you. So now I am totally screwed because I need this package this evening and there's no guarantee I can get it tomorrow and now they tell me I can't even go pick it up please whatever you do stay the hell away from Fedex they are miserable. They are absolutely horrific. If I could give zero stars, I would. They don't even deserve one star.

This is nothing but a money grabber and a horrible service. The service has a very small base it's horrible.
The site itself is poor it needs a lot of help navigating. The site will often blow up causing you to start from the top all over again. I think the base is limited because of the cost. It's really no different than other dating sites other than limited folks and much higher cost. I truly think the main reason they don't offer a monthly service at a higher cost is because once you see it most will bail and see it's no different than others but much more expensive. STAY AWAY.

I ordered a pair of golf shoes from this company. I normally wear a 10 1/2 however I thought I would order a size 11 just in case they were a little small it would be fine and if they were a little large I would wear a thicker sock. The shoes arrived and I am a try them on. The right shoe fit comfortable however the left shoe my toe was touching the front which is unusual I've never had that and I wear a small size. I immediately contacted the company and told them of my situation. The company told me I can send them back but it would be at my expense $11 to return the shoe to them. I initially wasn't comfortable with paying them to take a shoe back but I agreed to pay the $11. I package the fish you took it to Federal Express and ship it back. When I got notification from my bank I noticed they had taken $22 not the 11 that they told me. I contacted the company again now they tell me they charge me $11 to ship it to me at $11 to come back for a total of $22 for a shoot it didn't fit. This is the worst service that I have never seen. Why would one one want to buy shoes unseen and if they don't fit you pay for it? I don't know maybe some people are comfortable with that arrangement but I am not. I will stick to companies for now on that have a free return policy in the event there is something wrong with their product they will allow me to return it on them. This transaction cost me $22 and a waste of my time for a shoe that obviously had a problem. Stay away from this company they have no qualms at all we're taking your money. You can find the same products elsewhere with a much better return policy stay away they are terrible.

Tip for consumers:
If you buy an item that you’re not satisfied with for one reason or another they will charge you shipping to you and you will also pay for the shipping and return just a horrible company stay away. There are many other companies out there that sell the same products that have a much better return policy and they don’t lie to you.

Without getting into a long review for your peace of mind stay away. I've dealt with many sites almost all you can reach someone at customer service through a phone call or an email these people have neither. If you buy something and have a problem forget about it it's an absolute nightmare. This is the worst site for sellers and buyers it's absolutely horrible.
