I have been their customer for nearly 4 years now and I have experienced a very good service. When I reported a problem they responded and solved my issues fairly fast.

Great software, I have it in several equipments and feel satisfied with every platform.

It's a good cash back program/company, my fee has been paid off several times with the savings I have got. Only issue I have is that for latin america it has a very limited savings offer.

They never disappoint, I'm a loyal customer because of that.

Very poor customer service. Some locations are fairly good but It has been a nightmare to deal with others, mainly in small airports.
