I been a customer of ebonyline for years. I can no longer order from ebonyline because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address. So therefore I had to go through the company which was ebonyline to get a refund. Now I don't think that was fear because fed ex delivered my package to the wrong address, so I feel fed ex should have to pay. Ebonyline got upset and when I placed a recent order they regret to inform me that I can no longer order from them because of that situation. How is that my fault? Why am I being punished for being a customer for years and fed ex delivering my package to the wrong address. Never happened before. It's cool.
