I have the same negative response as the poster below.
I had a bad experience, canceled my trip 3 weeks before and still have to pay the whole lot. Never got a booking confirmation.
When I cancelled there was no warning about payment.
As soon as you click cancel you get a screen that you are fully charged.
The cancellation email I have received within 5 minutes, because they can put this money in their pocket without having to give any service.
It is better to book the hotel directly, maybe a bit more expensive, but no risk.
