I am very upset with Gift tree. I ordered a bottle of wine to be delivered on October 9th. They shipped it via UPS. Since wine has to be signed for UPS would not leave it at the recipients door. I advised UPS and gift tree that these people were not home during the day but after 3:30 one of the teachers would be home. UPS came coming at the wrong time for two days. After 3 calls to both the sender and UPS UPS said that the sender must advise them. GIFT TREE lied and said that no one at UPS contacted them but they would contact UPS. Then on Veterans day when the recipient was home ALL DAY UPS made no attempt to deliver and told me that the address was wrong they still had not heard from Gift Tree but supposedly changed the address to the correct address. The next day Saturday they informed me that the wine was being returned to the sender as no one was home.This was also a lie as I had talked to the recipient who waited at home all day. When I contacted Gift Tree told me that I must wait until they received the wine back and then I would get a gift card. I don't want a gift card. I want my money back I can find no information on their website that states they do not grant refunds. By the time I get a refund if I get a refund Thanksgiving will be over and this was a gift for Thanksgiving. For shame.

I am incredibly sorry that the delivery experience was not a smooth one. I appreciate how frustrating it is to not be able to pick a delivery time, my own work schedule never seems to align with the drivers and it can be ever so irritating when a signature is required. Sadly, we have not ever been able to guarantee a delivery window with all of the variables in route times, volume, weather, etc. This is outlined in our shipping faq here and is never intended to be a surprise: https://www.gifttree.com/helppgs/faq.

While we are unable to refund a perishable item, I would be happy to have a replacement shipped out at no extra cost to you and there are options to have it held at a nearby UPS office if the first attempt isn't successful. Does not ship items. Does not refund money for lost packages. Customer service is useless. Merchandise is throwaway in the first place.

They lie about delivery times and days. I have witnessed the drivers sitting in their cars for over 2 hours on their phones and not moving. Have people send you fedex or even the post office. This is the worst service ever.

This is a distributor company for a drug plan. They are impossible to talk to and get the orders wrong all the time.

I got the following email from this dental company. When I called I was told that my costs would be 350.00. This email is false. I also had to pressure them they just wanted me to make an appointment. I said no what will it cost me for an exam. 350 is more than a Park Avenue dentist charges. And of course they don't take my insurance. Fake and a mill. I don't even know how they got my email see the following email. They have all sorts of glowing reviews on Yelp which I suspect are fake.

The theater had no heat and Fandango would not refund my money. Fortunately the theater refunded the ticket price. The service charge was a different story. I was on hold for over a hour and a half to be told no we don't refund. I have appealed to paypal. I will never use it again.
