I had a terrible experience with Nitrado. I purchased a Farming Simulator 2022 server through them on January 8th and things went downhill from there. The FTP server was broken and unusable (which we paid extra for) and then several days later the server will not start and is corrupted. I contacted their live chat each time and eventually they opened a ticket (which I have no way of viewing) and told me they would be in touch. However, it's been over 48 hours and I haven't received a proper reply yet. They only replied to me that they are working on it, but with no ETA or resolution provided. It's frustrating that they are not providing any updates or resolution for the issues I am facing. To make things worse, when the customer service was responsive, they gave incorrect responses and didn't seem to know what was going on, despite this corruption issue being discussed on the forums.
Overall, I have to say that Nitrado is a horrible company and I would rate it 1/5. Their service is unreliable, their customer service is unresponsive and when they do respond they give incorrect answers, seem not to have any idea what is going on, and provide no ETA or resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a game server hosting provider.
