I placed an order for 3 men's colognes around a week ago, there was an offer to get 50 dirhams cash back if you buy more than 250,my order was above 250, cash back was pending, all of a sudden, next day, Noon decided to cancel my order and advised me to place a new one, I did, cash back is now gone despite buying for the same initial order's amount that THEY canceled. Customer service is absolutely useless after sending around 15 emails throughout a week, they don't even bother checking the previous conversations before responding!
