I realized immediately after placing an order that the delivery address was incorrect. I contacted the Pacifica at once - about 1-2 minutes after receiving confirmation of the order. The "customer support" said it was already being fulfilled and I had no recourse. I attempted to speak with /reach someone at Pacifica, but have received no reply other than the initial "we can't help" messages. There is no customer support at this company. Frustrating and disappointing that there is no inclination to actually provide help. (I contacted the courier and they said Pacifica could have rerouted the package if they wanted to.) I will also be filing a grievance with FTC as this may count as a type of fraud.
