I purchased my first bra from Thirdlove in September, 2020. I then purchased 5 more because I loved mine. THEN, while I was sitting simply READING the plastic "underwire" just snapped! I immediately requested a replacement. They sent a very insulting email back about how to care for bras (I'm over 60, I think I already know how). When I pushed them, they said that their product is supposed to last only ONE year. What? I have Natori bras that are 20+ years old and I STILL wear them with NO flaws. Don't bother with Thirdlove.
Tip for consumers:
don't buy a bra from them - they don't support their own products

Hi Barbara, thank you for taking the time to share your review. We're very sorry to hear that the underwire popped out on of your items from your purchase in 2020. We do understand how upsetting that must have been.We're going to ensure that we pass your feedback along to our Design Team, who are always working towards improving our products. That being said, the expected lifespan of a bra is anywhere between 6 months to a year with most companies. All bras begin to stretch after 2-3 months and the length of time that they are wearable depends on the following factors: how often the bra is worn, how the bra is washed and stored between wears, and if the fit was correct when purchased. As your order was from 2020, it did exceed the expected lifespan of bras so this is why were not able to offer you a replacement or refund. We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this though as we are always open to hearing about our policies and processes. Please do not hesitate to reach back out if you need anything else.
