I bought a pop-up tent for $287.63 on March 11,2024. First Red Flag was I was not provided with a tracking number and when I contacted them, they said due to all the world-wide orders it hadn't been shipped yet. After this I researched the company on-line and found all the warnings. I knew I would keep being told it hadn't been shipped and never get a tracking number. So, I called Gear Elevation back to cancel my order and was offered a 25% refund which is totally unacceptable. After several phone calls to the company, I finally did get an email stating they were going to give me a 100% refund, but it has yet to be put back on my credit card. They even told me it could take longer than 3-5 business days because it depended on my credit card somehow putting the refund on my account. They said it could take a month. This is not true. I have contacted my credit card company about the issue, and I have also had to close my card so no additional charges can be put on it. I have also contacted the BBB about this. I refused to be a victim and I will not quit until I get my money back from this company. Give me my money back Gear Elevation!
