I ordered my husband a robe in November through one of their partners, Leveret. It was reg. $139.00 on sale for $55.00. We received it mid December and were very surprised to see a price tag on the robe for $39.99. I emailed them asking for a full refund as this was fraud. I was told by the Bay that I would have to contact Leveret, who in turn told me to contact the Bay. I go all kinds of excuses and went back and forth for 2 months. I think they do this on purpose and most people will just give up. Not me! The last time I told them them that if I did not get the refund, I would contact the Better Business Bureau, Marketplace Investigations and I would plaster all the pictures and emails on social media. I finally got my refund. And just to show how little they care, this happened to someone else in Sept. (had I noticed that review before, I wouldn't have ordered it). So, the Bay was aware of this and still allowed them to continue. So sad! The Bay used to be a Canadian Icon…not anymore!
