How sad... you open up a new store and there isn't one REAL PERSON register to allow people to ask any questions to to possibly get thanked for stopping in the new store and most importantly... i had to wait for help with no one in the store to have a worker not be able to scan an item that she said never scans and I ended up putting it back. You guys lose I'm never coming back. Pathetic customer experience... sadly businesses forget a business is all about the customer.
How do i get customer service? This place is hoaky and live chat is off and i cannot find an order number and its been a month since the order as placed.
