This place messed up my costume order and sent the incorrect costume in October 2023. When they finally sent me the corrected order, I sent the incorrect order I received back. This month I was harassed by emails for 3 days by Jeanette W. These customer service reps need proper training. I asked multiple times for her to stop emailing me and so what she had to do. I finally had to be rude and block her. Please do not shop here.
