I had been a customer for a number of years and used them largely successfully for minor plumbing issues nothing that would cause alarm - pressure issues etc, when it came to the radiator coming off the wall they claimed it was incorrectly installed (8 year prior to us moving into the house)... thanks... absolute waste of money.
