I've tried writing them emails regarding the issues I've had only to get an email reply a week later saying the issue has been resolved, when they never even addressed the issue. You try calling and the automaton gives you a "this number is not valid" or "this is not the number you registered your account with us" which is exactly the problem they will not help me with. I would definitely not suggest using them. They have a small amount of my money that apparently I'll never see again
