As a previous reviewer said, Current Catalog has been around for ages. Their cards and gift wrapping products are really wonderful. Until you have a problem. I ordered some cards from them (along with some other items) and when my order was received, the cards were missing. On the order status of the company's website, it showed the cards as "Processing." The other items showed "Shipped." When I had not received them within a week or so, I called and was told that they were backordered and would be shipped when received. I again waited and again was told to--and this is a direct quote--just be patient. Well, as I "patiently" waited, time passed and when next I contacted them, they said they couldn't do anything because too much time had passed and their screen (unlike the one the customer sees!) shows the cards were shipped along with all the other original items ordered which is absolutely not true. Considering the exorbitant amount they charge for shipping coupled with this terrible customer service, I must warn anyone who is thinking of ordering from them to rethink their plans. And while you are at it, you might want to avoid related businesses such as Lillian Vernon. I always figure if one company in a conglomerate has terrible customer service, they all will.
