I ordered a dress my usual size and it was too tight up top which surprised me since im small chested. For return i had to contact customer service, they only give 30 from placing order and I had to pay to return it. I thought why not just exchange for another dress, nope I have to get the same one. Welp ok, give me my money and I will take my shopping elsewhere.

I ordered my engagement photo dress and after ceremony dress from here. It took forever to ship then when I checked again it said signed and delivered. I nor my neighbors signed. No customer service number i am so very upset.
