Myself Bibin baby i ordered Diapper for my childrens online from Amazon this month the order ID is Tracking ID: ************** and Order # **************566 and Sold By: R K WorldInfocom pvt ltd. Actualy i am working in dubai and to my home addrss in india, kerala i make the deliver address. The item i ordered is umtum Chota Bheem Baby Diaper Pants with Leakage Protection - 12 to 18 Kg (X-Large, 54 Count, Pack of 2), this item i ordered 3 Quantity and only one set only i came. In kerala i parents was there and when it delivered my parents told items came and and didnt noticed the quantity and all and last week when it finish then only i get to know that item was not fully delivered. And iwhen immediately i contact the customer care through chat but they refused to undwrstand my problem. And my problem was i am in dubai and i can't call the customer care directly. Any one there to solve my consern issue. Amazon can contact the delivery company and distibuter to check there system at leat to verify it. But i have the bad experiance with the chat customer people. That also one chat 4- 5 people will change in between and i have to explain everything to again and again.
So please consider my issue and replay me back.
