Same as all the others, but they won't even pretend or say they will send my money back.
After not shipping my purchase, I got in contact with them at which time they said it would be delivered within 30 days (note they did not say it could take longer, nor did it say up to 30 days at time of purchase). After 30 days I inquired why it did not ship, they said it would take 1-3 more weeks, which clearly means nothing, you'll just get more broken commitments. After 42 days I contacted them again and they said they are no longer able to help me, goto the BBB. They refuse to respond via all available methods (they don't give a phone number), and seemingly refuse to refund my money at all. So I did write a review and opened a case against them with the BBB, whose rating for them is F, and I'm the 75th case opened so far. They don't have possession of hardly items they are "selling", but want you to prepay them and maybe someday that year they might stumble across your product... doubtful and now they think they are going to keep my money, but I'm pretty motivated to stop people from stealing from me without consequence. At what point does someone shutdown a complete scam and prosecute?
