I bought the convertor package. It stopped working and they will not upload it. Unbelievable. Included was 2 x additional uploads should it crash. Now they want me to pay £94 to install it
Tip for consumers:
I have to give a star, it would be no stars. Having to pay for installation of the convertor despite it being included in my initial cost.
