The service essentially ask for everything in detail to write a resume. If most people could effectively describe their experience, skills, and abilities they could write their own resume. I sent the information to the service and was sent a rough draft that had numerous misspelling, absolute nonsense, and illegible sentences that sounded like a caveman. When I contacted the service, they informed me that they had sent my request for refund in, then came back stating that they have a no refund policy. In the end they did nothing for me and stole my money. I'll be taking legal action and contacting the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT waste your money and time with this ridiculous service, or lack thereof. TopResume is a scam!

I attempted to reserve 3 rooms but after reserving 1 and providing my card onformation they informed me that they only had 2 rooms but would not cancel my reservatiin nor refund my money.
