Havertys sold us a reclining sectional that was previously repaired and possibly in another customers home before we received it. Our salesman told us they sometimes send out furniture that was previously returned and repaired if its still in sellable condition. The fact that we did not buy nor pay for used or floor sample furniture this company lied and took advantage by sending us furniture that was obviously used. It had food remains in between the reclining seats and drink stains in console. The frame was bent which is why it makes loud noise and doesn't recline according to their Havertys tech but they refuse to refund our money. Please avoid this business at all costs. They have the worst customer service and don't care that they cheat customers on limited retirement incomes. This is a company that had a good reputation in the past but after reading several reviews its obvious their wealth does not define their worth living off their past reputation. We lost $4500.
