I ordered some parts from this website, and they never arrived. I followed up about 1 month after my order. After several days, I received a poorly written, almost indecipherable response suggesting that the product may have been mailed, but that they do not use tracking so there was no way for them (or me) to determine what was what with the possible mailing. Email was vague about next steps. I requested refund; heard nothing back. Never received product; had to file dispute with credit card company. A big mess for a few bike parts. I suggest you shop elsewhere.
