I ordered at 9am Thursday for delivery, which was confirmed at 4pm to have been completed. The recipient never received anything, they called around the whole hospital. I've now spent the last 4 days messaging and calling to just get my money back at this point. Spoken to people twice, that's when they don't clearly answer the phone and send me to voice-mail. Allegedly they're working on that refund, but just save yourself the time and effort and do not use this website. I wish I would have seen these reviews first. Still unsure if this is a scam or poorly run business.

Tip for consumers:
This is a 3rd party that partners with vendors that do the actual fulfillment. They are very poor communicators even if it's a vendor issue, they won't tell you what's happening until you escalate. If you can reach them.
