It took them almost 2 months to ship my son's Jersey and that was after I called five times to inquire about the delayed shipment. Finally I was told because the customer service representative was feeling in a good mood he would expedite the shipping. We received the jersey, my kid wore it for a few hours, and one of the numbers began peeling. We still haven't received the shorts and socks we ordered 2 months ago. They refused to refund my money but said they would ship a new jersey. At this rate, the new jersey will arrive after the end of the season.
