I tried to use their unusable return site. Emailed customer service, and they said since they sent the wrong size, they would give me a prepaid return. I had to call a number. I very unhelp woman on the phone basically called me a liar, that they sent the coat that I ordered. This is untrue. To get moneyback, there was $10 restock fee, and I would have to pay to send the coat back. I never got the QR code with a return address that she promised. I got so disgusted that I donated the coat to Goodwill. Beware!
