Blue Lion Moving is more a storage organization than a moving company. I had a quote for moving my items and upon arrival of the pick up team the rate went up 35%. Halfway through loading the truck I was informed that was all my money would cover and they jacked it up again. What was I going to do? Leave half a house of furniture behind?
The paperwork was NEVER explained to me - I come to find out after I haven't received anything in 10 days that they have up to 30 days to deliver my goods. They picked up from me and put in a truck, drove to a warehouse and moved my stuff in. 24 days later they moved it from warehouse to a multi-delivery truck. Arrived at my home and unloaded.
MANY items were missing! MANY Items were broken. To top it off they left a huge pile of trash on my front lawn. The packers disassembled furniture and I was told the delivery team would reassemble them. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN

Customer service was rude and the claims process? What a joke that is!

STAY AWAY this is a moving broker - not a mover
They will set you up and then disappear into thin air.
The moving company they hired for me took 29 days to get across country - tripled my rate, missed items and broke invaluable item with absolutely no remediation on my end.

I have ordered more things from this site than I could possibly use in a year! I just love the quality, the styles, the prices and the service.
This is what an online shopping site should be!

I thought their product would be great...
First it took over a month to arrive - never did it indicate that long of a lead time.
Second - it came from CHINA - I would not have bought it had I known that.
They do not respond to return requests
Don't waste your money

I love this site - they have unique things and when they are in stock they are shipped very quickly. When they are part of an open collection it could take up to two months to receive what you order.
My only complaint is that their return policy keeps me from ordering more things. By the time you pay for shipping and restocking it is not worth it.

Although their bath bomb was the greatest bath I've ever had - it would have been nice to know if the plastic was supposed to come off first and $25.00 for one bath is certainly not within my budget!

Also - - jewles? More like stones!

Allivet might be the lowest price on the internet, but their customer service and general attitude towards customers is the worst!
Something that should have taken 7 days took over 14 and there was just NO excuse

This site is consistent with great products and quick shipment times.

I placed an order for a rug on the 23rd of April! It finally arrived today 14th of May!
Only reason it even came then is because I had to call and find out where it was.
The quality of the rug was poor to say the least and it was not CHEAP! But it was defnitely cheaply made!

WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN
