December 1, I ordered 2 "not your average large beige Nina bags" that never arrived. I have written multiple emails which have been ignored. I have been forced to purchase alternative gifts from other companies which arrived within 10 days! There is no contact number & no customer service. 1 star is too many. Please don't use Covid as your reason for such poor performance - your website provides a timeframe that has no truthful basis. You set a horrible business model!
