I rented a car from Holiday Autos but when I arrived at the rental desk a car was not available. I have been trying for almost a month to get a refund, but Holiday keeps denying my refund and closing my case because I can't provide a receipt or documentation from the rental car agency that did not give me a car. My question that has yet to be answered is, why would a rental car company give me a receipt when they did not rent me a car?
