I bought a pair of ski pants for Black Friday and when they delivered, the delivery service they used just left the package outside my house even after I specifically told them not to. Calling customer service required a 30 minute wait each time before I got to talk to anyone and the customer service representatives don't know what they're doing. They seem to have no power and try their best to get the customer off the line. They also continuously provide false information and go back on their promises. For example I was told that they would switch carrier only to be told an hour later via email that they can't do it.
