I ordered wooden boxes from them for center pieces for my wedding. I found them through marketplace at Walmart and I was very iffy putting the order through because I didn't know if they would work. I contacted Walmart first to make sure they would be able to be returned. Walmart told me all returns need to go through Quick Candles directly and to contact them and that I can also find their return policy on their website. I then called the main office number and was assured that, no questions asked I would be able to return the boxes if they didn't work within a year of purchase. They told me to just let them know if they needed to be returned and they would assist me further. So I moved forward and spent over $1,000.00 on the boxes and trusted everything would be alright. The boxes got here and the looked nice but they were way too small for what I needed them for so I contacted Quick Candles customer service via email to return the boxes. Tiffany first told me first that I had to return them through Walmart and that she couldn't help me and that she is firm on these policies. When I told her Walmart told me I needed to return the boxes through Quick Candels she changed her so called "firm policy" to, oh yeah you can return it with us but it has to be done within 30 days of purchase and this is a firm policy. And when I asked her why her policy states that anything can be returned within a year of purchase if the policy is a 30 day return policy she stated she could no longer assist me and that she had more pressing issues and that she would not be communicating with me any further. This is a very dishonest company with very poor customer service. I worked in retail for 8 years of my life and fully understand return policies and customer service. I would have no problem saying ok and not having my items returned if I was in the wrong for waiting too long. However, this is not the case. I was told a year and the website states a year. This being said the company should not be telling their customers one thing and then changing it after the purchase is made. Especially when you are working with over a $1000. 00 purchase. Not moral, not honest, not a good company.
