Absolute garbage. My ring came completely scuffed around the stone; bent into a lopsided oval; the "M" is bent, and the color of cheap brass. Customer service was totally rude and basically said I was $#*! out of luck. I worked in jewelry for many years, and the fact that this item was approved is a disgrace. On top of that, they guaranteed the item would arrive before Christmas; which it did not. I'm most upset by their lack of customer service and willingness to fix their wrong doing. Find another company to spend your money on. This was a gift from my husband of our daughter's initial, and I could cry. I was so excited to wear her initial around my finger, and now I'm stuck with this. Pictures below.
