I order a romper for my birthday back on April 8th. Around the 12th I emailed them just curious to know if it had been processed or if it had already been sent out. The website says it will be processed within 2-3 business days. They said it was being processed and they were just a little behind so it was taking longer. So on my birthday weekend I decided to email them and just tell them I wanted my money back since my birthday had already passed. No one emailed me back, so I emailed them 2 more times and they finally emailed back and said it was being shipped out soon and I would be emailed a tracking number. I emailed them and told them I didn't want the romper or tracking I just wanted my money since I didn't get it for what I wanted. And once again they told me it would be out soon. I eventually asked them if they were even reading the emails I sent to them because I DIDNT WANT THE ROMPER. They told me that once it has already been processed they can't refund it they had to sent it out but I could refuse it and get my money back. Which pissed me off because why would I want to refuse it, it would probably take them another month to get my money back to me. It's going on may 15th and I still haven't received anything. This is the WORST website I have ever online ordered from. And I can promise I will never use them again.

I would give them a 0 on stars if I could but it's not possible.
