I've used Gandi for 20+ years. Good site for hosting UNIX based straight HTML web sites, but the pathetic attempt to filter outgoing email is completely UNACCEPTABLE. They are often blocking my legitimate email based on some STUPID "FALSE" reason and there is NO way around it. Am now looking for their Replacement!

Put my account on HOLD & won't say why.
Can't FIX... had this account for way more than a Decades.
Do NOTHING Wrong. Just trying to sell some stuff to stay alive.
Can't POST now and have not been able to much else for a very LONG time.

Bought a kilo of Silver from them & told them my local post office was Not dependable. Asked them to ship FEDX, which they said they would, but then they shipped USPS. When it got to my local post office, an employee STOLE it. Scottsdale web site says that they guarantee Delivery, but they are LYING. I call numerous time and was LIED to each & every time. Avoid these CROOKs. (can provide PDF file proof of purchase & can provide the Police Report number of the local Police. OIG eventually caught the thief, but I will NEVER get a penny back from the Criminal US government/postal-system!)

I bought two 100oz bars from Silver.com which were shipped via the Criminal USPS. The bars got to the closest Regional USPS center to me and then the box was then shipped back to JMBullion's WareHouse in Nevada. Silver.com is merely a Front for JMBullion, with a phony address (just a mail box in strip center). I was told the box was empty when they got it back, but I can't confirm, but IT was NEVER delivered to my Local USPS hub/town for delivery to me. But Silver.com said that I had received it. So in essence, the took my funds (near $4K) and never delivered my silver. They Had NO signed receipt by me, which means they were LYING. I had to spend about 60 hours Suing them to get my money back, which took me MONTHS. Don't was your time with JMBullion & it's front company, Silver.com.

Started getting spammed... traced the source to RackSpace, and I was a client of theirs... Took days to get the Spam stopped & until I figured that RackSpace was the source... told them I'd leave and that took many hours as the Indians are 100% Paper pushers & Anal at times. Done with them FOREVER. Another American company BITES the dust!

Not only are they anal if you post anything they do not like, but they are selling the email addresses to spammers of those that complain about their subversive nature.
