Unfortunately, the items I purchased from DTLR arrived with the sensor tag still attached. After calling them several times, being on hold for extended periods, and being hung on multiple times before I could even speak to anyone. When I finally spoke to a representative he requested that take a picture and email it. Which of course I did. He then tells me that it has to be reviewed. He requested that I call back to see the status. He did inform me that at some point they would send a return label and I would need to return the item. I have to start the process all over again, and if I'm lucky enough to speak to someone and if they received the email and processed it. I have to drive to UPS and return the item. Now that is a bit much for a mistake that DTLR made Not to mention my grandson will not have his Christmas gift. I am extremely upset!
