I'd never head off Car Brain before but had to sell my non-running 2008 Toyota Highlander Hybrid with 250k miles. A couple of calls back and forth, a couple of texts and they sent a tow truck to pick it up, check in hand. Absolutely no BS! I admit I was shocked but it really was that easy and I ended up with $1700 in my pocket when I honestly thought I'd have to junk it someplace. One competitor did offer $1800 but said it was contingent on them inspecting the car before finalizing. I went with CarBrain because the offer was no-nonsense and guaranteed unless i dramatically mid-represented condition. I'd definitely use them again if I needed to. The driver said my Toyota would most likely be headed to Africa after being rehabbed. Interesting story at least…

I used Enterprise for an insurance rental one month ago today. The truck delivered was beyond filthy as I got in, all the way down to a used lollipop stick left behind for me to find. I began to complain by calling, emailing, leaving bad reviews and so forth. So far, NOT ONE OF MY MORE THAN TEN CONTACTS HAS RESULTED IN A MANAGER CALLING BACK! I keep complaining in hopes someone will listen and act. But Enterprise rents dirty, filthy, disgusting vehicles, then won't stand behind their service. BEWARE!
