I ordered a pair of sneakers which was shipped by fed ex and when they delivered it was thrown in my driveway for easy access to be taken. So yes it was stolen. I called journeys and they said they are nit responsible for this. Maybe they should be and provide another carrier that would do a better job placing package by the door. So journeys don't refund or ask if you would like the same order instead. Now they lost a future customer. That's how much they care.
