This is a whole food approach to food, low carb, ketogenic but not as you'd know it. You don't have to count carbs, and vegetable and fruit are absolutely required - but the amounts are planned out for us, and you do need to stick to the plan and learn new way of eating while in active weight loss. It will take some getting used to, and you do need to invest in reading and listening, but once you do and you get in the groove it turns the world around:-) All the support is there, online and through chats and lives to help you balance mind body and spirit.
