Ordered 7 buttons for a memorial walk for my brother who recently passed away. 6 of the buttons arrived damaged -with dents, scratches on them. Notified company immediately. They responded with the excuse "Please note that the products we carry are intended purely as promotional items; therefore products that may have minor visual imperfections should not be considered as defective or flawed items" - which makes no sense.

They asked for pictures of the issues - even when over 85% of the orders if flawed (6 of 7 buttons were bad).

Sent that to them and they still are giving the runaround - basically answering one question a day. Still no refund.

STAY AWAY - Bad Product and even worse customer service
