Ordered shoes for my granddaughter and the shoes was dropped at the wrong door so she never received them. So after spending over 90.00 on shoes they will do nothing to replace them or refund. I sent them all the information and a picture of the door with the package they dropped it at. I explain that was not her door and they said oh well I apologize for any inconvenience this has cost but pretty much we can't help you.
