Today I purchased a generator from this company. I have not received the item yet but I must give a good review for the person who helped me today over the telephone. His name was Quadri and he was very courteous and thoughtful. The process for ordering was lengthy but he made it much more tolerable. I just want to say good things about this person and and this company. Thank you!
